it really was a great stay! the staff were super friendly n welcoming. the breakfast was tasty and filling, the waiting staff were brilliant too. loved the comfy king size bed, it made our night so much better.
the room had a huge sofa bed just in the way when you walked in and the decoration felt all outdated, really needs a revamp.

Had a fab stay! Super huge bed was a dream for restful nights. Loved the cleanliness and quick room service—spot on!
But honestly, the thin walls made me feel like I was part of my neighbors' date night—awkward! I swear I could write a novel based on their conversation.

Recommend it for families
The staff were remarkably helpful, especially Lucy she went above and beyond to assist us with a half price meal deal we heard about. Food was surprisingly good, I was really impressed with the homemade quality of it all, even got a little Everton trinket for my son in the room to welcome us!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but for what we got it felt acceptable.

Awesome stay with great amenities!
Had a fab night! The room was spacious and super comfy, and the staff were super nice. The gym and pool were a nice bonus, but the room kinda smelled musty. Breakfast was decent, with a good range of options. Tried the bar—really enjoyed it! Definitely a good spot to chill out.
